1. Introduction
Welcome to Onfix. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our dealership, repair, and maintenance services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Definitions

"Onfix" refers to the company providing motorcycle dealership, repair, and maintenance services.

"Customer" refers to any individual, business, or entity using our services.

"Services" include sales of motorcycles, repair, maintenance, spare parts supply, and related offerings.
3. Service Agreement

Onfix agrees to provide the requested service(s) as specified in the service order or contract.

All services are performed by qualified technicians. Onfix uses high-quality parts sourced from trusted suppliers.
4. Estimates and Pricing
-
All service estimates provided by Onfix are valid for 14 days.

The final invoice may differ from the estimate if additional work or parts are required. The customer will be informed of any changes before proceeding.

Prices for motorcycles, parts, and services are subject to change without notice.
5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

Onfix accepts cash, major credit and debit cards, and electronic bank transfers.

For fleet clients, payment terms may be negotiated separately and specified in a written agreement.

Failure to make payment may result in a lien on the motorcycle until payment is settled in full.
6. Warranties and Guarantees

Onfix offers a 30-day warranty on all repair services and a 90-day warranty on parts supplied by us, unless otherwise specified.

The warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts but does not include damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

New motorcycles purchased from Onfix may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty policy for details.
7. Liability and Disclaimer

Onfix is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from delays, unforeseen issues, or factors outside of our control, such as third-party parts failure.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their motorcycles are insured while in transit to and from Onfix facilities.

Onfix disclaims any liability for damage or loss of motorcycles left on our premises for more than 30 days after notification of completion.
8. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about the motorcycle, including its condition and any existing issues.

It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the motorcycle promptly upon completion of the service.

Failure to collect the motorcycle within 30 days of notification may result in storage fees or disposal at Onfix’s discretion.
9. Parts and Materials

Onfix uses original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts and high-quality aftermarket parts based on availability and customer preference.

Parts purchased from Onfix are non-refundable once installed, unless covered by warranty.
10. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Refunds for parts and services are at the discretion of Onfix and will only be provided if the service was not completed as agreed or if there was a defect in the parts supplied.
11. Privacy Policy

Onfix respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected is used solely for service provision and customer communication.

We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
12. Amendments to Terms

Onfix reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying customers directly.

Continued use of Onfix services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to arbitration by South African law.
