Onfix Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5-7 working days from the time of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been processed and shipped.

 

 

2. Shipping Options

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days.

  • In-Store Pickup: Free pickup from our Onfix location during business hours.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

3. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Confirmed on Order.

  • Express Shipping: Confirmed on Order.

  • In-Store Pickup: Free.

Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before payment is made.

 

 

4. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to all regions within South Africa. For customers outside this area, please contact our support team at enquiry@onfix.co.za for special arrangements.

 

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email or SMS. You can track your order through our courier’s website.

 

 

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect shipping information or customer unavailability, our team will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional fees may apply.

 

 

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Contact us at enquiry@onfix.co.za with your order details and photos of the damage.

We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
